1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the joya99 website accessible at joya99.onl and any associated mobile-optimised versions thereof.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who registers an account on the joya99 platform or accesses any part of the platform's services.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a Player upon successful registration on joya99.
• "Services" means all products available on the platform, including but not limited to casino games, live casino, sportsbook, crash games, slots, racing, bingo, and virtual sports.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback offer, or other incentive made available to Players by joya99 at its sole discretion.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To access any real-money service on joya99, you must first register a player account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are the rightful owner of any payment method used to fund your joya99 account.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
• You will maintain only one (1) active account on the joya99 platform at any time. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or close family member of any employee or director of joya99 or any of its affiliated suppliers or partners.

joya99 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion and without providing a reason. Account verification may be required at any time, including at the point of withdrawal request, by submitting valid government-issued identification and proof of address.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. joya99 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

You must notify joya99 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person. joya99 reserves the right to suspend any account where unauthorised access is suspected, pending a security review. All activity conducted through your account prior to such notification will be considered to have been authorised by you.

joya99 will never request your password by email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from joya99 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on joya99 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes during standard Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the identity verification requirements described in Section 2.
• joya99 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which joya99 bears no responsibility.
• joya99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal in excess of ৳50,000 as part of its anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering procedures.

joya99 reserves the right to reverse or cancel any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct. Any funds associated with confirmed fraudulent activity will be forfeited in their entirety.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

joya99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, BPL, and IPL. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who hold a verified joya99 account in good standing.
• Each bonus offer is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are published alongside each individual promotion.
• General wagering requirements apply before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Unless stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms, a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other ongoing promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
• joya99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Any bonus credited to an account in error will be reclaimed by joya99.
• joya99 monitors bonus activity and reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses and associated winnings where it determines that bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other form of promotional exploitation has occurred.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the joya99 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any scripting mechanism to interact with the platform or any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including but not limited to coordinated betting strategies in poker, baccarat, or live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform system. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or discovered error will be voided.
• Using any form of advantage play, card counting, or pattern exploitation that joya99 determines gives an unfair statistical advantage in live dealer games.
• Attempting to launder money or process the proceeds of any illegal activity through the joya99 platform.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or any identity verification process.
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other players or any restricted areas of the platform's systems.

7 Responsible Gaming

joya99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all player interactions. We provide a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools that players may activate at any time by contacting our support team or through their account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits that restrict the maximum amount a player can deposit within the chosen period.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the joya99 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of joya99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the joya99 platform or its content without the prior written consent of joya99.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, joya99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its services, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from technical failures, server outages, connectivity interruptions, or force majeure events outside the reasonable control of joya99.
• Any loss or damage arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable law.
• Any delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

joya99 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

joya99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time following a request by joya99.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 6.
• Activation of a self-exclusion or cooling-off period at the player's request.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these terms, joya99 reserves the right to withhold any balance in that account. Where an account is closed for any reason other than a breach by the player, any legitimate, unencumbered account balance will be returned to the player via the most recently used verified payment method.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the joya99 support team. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, provided there are no pending withdrawals or outstanding verification requirements.

11 Privacy & Data Processing

joya99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account on joya99, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Amendments & Governing Terms
